Katya and I recently submitted a couple of cows to the Boston Cow Parade ; Cowliflower and Haicow

COWLIFLOWER
The Cowliflower borrows the texture, color and adornments of its namesake, creating a cow which even the strictest vegan can’t beef about. The flanks and muscles of this majestic animal are sculpted and rendered to evoke the curves, patterning and leaves of the cauliflower.
