P.S.1.
Went to visit P.S.1. Museum of Modern Art in New York while I was over in the states. There is a piece by John Kessler there called The Palace at 4AM which just about blew my fuse.
The room was hot with gadgets, cameras screens. Spent about half an hour exploring it. God knows how long it took to create. The picture above is just one part of it while it was still being completed.

For conceptual art, I also recomment The Meeting by James Turrell. The absolute opposite of Kessler - a permanent light-sculpture - peace of a special kind.
